Rose Muheko fled conflict from DRC, her home country, with nothing but hope, from survival to a life full of resilient and hope.
Rose Muheko, a survivor of sexual violence, once lived in silence and pain, struggling with trust and self-worth. Her life changed when she joined a support program at Achile Devine, where counseling and group therapy helped her heal and regain confidence. Through livelihood training, she started a small food business that grew into her own restaurant. Today, she is both an entrepreneur and a mentor, working with the same organization to support other survivors and inspire them to rebuild their lives.
